Q: Do I need to book an appointment, or can I just walk in?
All of our appointments are booked in advance — we don't do walk-ins. That's the whole point. You book online, pick your barber, show up, and get looked after properly. No waiting around, no chance of turning up and being sent away. Head to the booking page, choose your barber and time, and you're sorted.
Q: How do I book at Clipjoint Barbershop in Dundonald?
Dead simple. Go to clipjoint.co.uk, hit "Book Now", and choose your barber and service. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
Q: Which barbers are available and how do I choose?
We have a team of skilled barbers, each with their own experience level and pricing. You can see who's available when you book. A lot of our regulars end up sticking with the same person once they find their fit.
Q: What services does Clipjoint offer?
Precision skin fades, gents cuts, scissor cuts, beard trims, and kids' haircuts. Not sure what to ask for? Just tell your barber what you want and they'll sort you out.
Q: What's your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 2 hours' notice to cancel. Cancel within that window or no-show and you'll be charged for the service. Our barbers' time is valuable — same as yours.
