Before booking, please remember that no-shows will have to pay the full amount of the service before rebooking.
There is a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you have to cancel within the 2 hour period, you will be charged for the service.
Anyone over 10 minutes late, will go down as a no-show and will be charged for this service.
